- 8 years working in a technological role

- 5 years of managerial experience

- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology

- Exceptional team management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to delegate efficiently

- Extensive industry knowledge with a pioneering mindset

- Participation in strategic sessions and project steering group.

- Working on platform and modules that are heavily business logic centric

- Highly analytical and efficient in change management and rollout control10

- Strong technical leadership capabilities with good interpersonal and communication skills
