About the Job Role :

- The Job Role will be responsible for Conceptualizing, Designing, Implementing, Managing and Improving the Technology Infrastructure, Application Software, Information and Technological Security and Smart Digital Solutions Roadmap for the Organization.


- This role shall work closely with peers in the Leadership Team and the Directors to ensure a Responsive, Sustainable, Clock-Work, Cost Effective, Customer and Partner aligned Technology enabled Solutions and Security Architecture is designed, implemented and continually improved for the Organization

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Design and implement a sustainable yet nimble technology enabled solution architecture for business success

- Map the business value chain and analyse key requirements of each component using appropriate consultation methods while working with relevant process owner(s), SME, Peer group and Founders

- Create and implement a sustainable yet nimble solution architecture which leverages available resources, easy to implement solutions and cost effective alternatives using smart automation and data intelligence

- Ensure that the solutions proposed for deployment solve hurdles and bottlenecks in the value chain while not impeding but improving the existing pace and patterns of business

- Implement technology enabled solutions using a Lean Start-up approach

- Prepare, implement, publish and track a simple and nimble deployment plan which is based on the Lean Start-up principle of Build-Measure-Learn and Improve / Improvise

- Ensure the Solution Plan is cost effective and cost efficient and adopting solution which increase operating efficiency and productivity in People, Process and Performance (Increased Revenue Opportunity and Reducing in Operating Costs)

- Ensure a sturdy and effective integration framework between Core ERP, WMS and SCM modules with relevant 3rd party applications such that business operates seamlessly with minimal downtime

- Manage Technology Infrastructure, Information Security and Risk Mitigation Framework

- Adopt the latest and efficient infrastructure and security frameworks and customize it to suit business requirements and budgets

- Design/Propose, Deploy and Manage a continuous, autonomous, AI supportive technology risk identification and mitigation framework

Smart Budgeting and Negotiations :

- Ability to prepare cost effective holistic technology budget which factors in lower long-term operating costs

- Effective negotiator to secure best infrastructure and solutions at competitive rates compared to market

- Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders and prioritize solution deployment in keeping with pre-determined budgets

Ideal Candidate :

- A proficient Business Analyst and Solutions Architect with P&L responsibility who has been actively involved in architecting / blend architecting and implementing multiple B2B applications and work flow automation in the SCM, CRM, ERP and Logistics segment in the most recent 5 years of career working with Organizations in FMCG/FMCD/Retail/SCM/LOGISTICS industries

- A Technology Specialist who possess an entrepreneur mind-set and is hands-on to identify, augment, implement and manage cost effective technology solutions for a mid-sized, clock-work Organization(s)

- Strong working knowledge of Software Application Development and Support, Risk Assessment, Risk Identification and Mitigation Tools and Models including Information Security and Application Security frameworks

- Is experienced at partnering with an executive team and has excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Is well informed about the latest trends and is nimble in approach to ensure smooth user experience in all the business applications

- Holds a master's Degree in Computer Application and/or Software Development. An added advantage if the incumbent specializes in Operations and/or Supply Chain Management
