Chief Technology Officer - StartUp

Responsibilities :

-You will work with cross functional teams to convert business ideas into technology for the platform

- You will build the end to end architecture and platform(web and app) for Co.

- You will build a scalable foundation allowing for innovation both horizontally and vertically

- You will deliver an excellent user experience to users located ensuring a frictionless experience to improve customer loyalty & ensure higher conversion rate

- You will own the unit economics of the technology put in place to drive profitability

- You will define key metrics for monitoring success of the performance of the technology (Bug fixes, feedback loops etc)

- You will build and mentor a team of the best engineers to get the job done

Required Skills :

- You have significant experience in building consumer facing platforms end to end

-You understand security protocols needed for a healthcare wellness platform

- You are a full stack developer and can build clean foundations for a platform to scale

- You are hands on and can work without large team to code alongside you

- You have worked on big data tools and analytics before

- You are obsessed to get the details right but also understand urgency in a startup

- You have managed cross functional teams and groomed your own team

- You have high empathy to think from a consumer perspective

- You have strong communication skills & are able to explain yourself in a concise manner

- You have high accountability and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial setup with multiple deliverable in a fast paced environment
