Chief Technology Officer - Startup (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated CTO to join US.
The role is highly hands-on and involves the following critical responsibilities
- Lead the Technology development and strategy
- Hands on with mobile app developments and supporting Web Back-end,Third Party API integrations
- Own the market success- of the product
- Define strategic product direction and manage resource allocation
- Create and manage product prototypes- including user personas, user stories & Wireframes
- Create product Roadmap- and ensure delivery as per the agreed timelines
- Drive the user experience- design and testing
- Get the features implemented on time
- Continuously refine product specs
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Total experience of 6-10 years in technology and product
- Swift, Android studio, Java, PhP, Dot Net, Third Party API's
- Strong Analytical abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Track record of defining and releasing successful products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus
- Launched consumer-centric mobile product(s) that has seen real users
- End-to-End product management experience of defining product roadmaps, user personas, user stories and working with end-users
