Chief Technology Officer - Startup (12-20 yrs)
Job Description : Chief Technology Officer-Startup-Bangalore
Our startup client in Bangalore is looking to on-board a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with hands-on experience of building complex technology platforms (website, apps, API integrations etc.). Our ideal CTO would have:
- Ability to code apart from strategically and technologically guiding the team
- Stronghold in both front-end & back-end development/ algorithms
- Leadership qualities to hire and build a kick-ass Technology team
- Experience in Retail / Distribution /E-Commerce platforms
- Take accountability for product quality put in place best practices to deliver high quality software, proactively identify and fix any software bugs
- Get involved in customer support activities by listening to users and solving their pain points and addressing their feedback for improvements.
- Experience of building enterprise software products
- Experience of building AI ML models, knowledge of Data Science.
- Exposure to HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, Angular6 or above, NodeJS, Bootstrap and Material Design will be added advantage
- Mentoring young team members and building a capable, high powered team
- Deeply passionate about what you work on and curiosity to understand the business
- Having worked in a high responsibility and competitive work environment
- An Engineering / Management Graduate is only a fit for this role
- Any experience in the early stage startup side will be a big plus.
