The company is into financial services and have started their operations in 2017. - The Chief Technology Officer role is responsible to define, architect and innovate the technology platform on web &amp; app in the areas of product life cycle management, 3rd party financial data-source integration, data-driven learning algorithms, automated decisions, etc. to achieve seamless user experience of our product offerings across platforms to end customer. - BE/B.Tech in Computer Science with 12 plus years of experience in responsible roles with at least 7-8 years of leadership within financial services. - Must have demonstrated experience in partnering with the business to develop and implement best-in-class technology, managing transformation initiatives, be super-focused on execution and lead people to perform. - Experience in managing key vendor and strategic partner relationships - Ability to innovate, drive the creation and adoption of business and client facing technologies, and foster innovation and creativity - Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and be able to work across functional areas within a company culture - Strong communication skills - Looking for candidates primarily handling the Application side of IT and handling both application and infrastructure at leadership level.
