- We are a stealth mode ed-tech startup at a nascent stage of product development and are seeking a CTO to build the technology platform for a novel educational product targeting a global audience, and solving for a problem that has been ignored for far too long. - We have the capital to fund the product development and are planning to raise a significant seed / Series A round after exhibiting market traction for the product. Our target is to launch our - minimum lovable product- by July 2021 and after getting the necessary user feedback we want to launch the full-fledged product by October 2021. About the Founding Team: The two of us belong to an industry renowned for a highly competitive environment, hard work, and long working hours (more on that when we meet). What are we looking for in our CTO? Qualification - We do not believe in degrees. If you can create the architecture, the technology stacks and build apps, websites with a lean team (which of course you have to hire and lead) by taking complete ownership of the product and the platform, you are the right person for us # of years of work experience - if this was a critical success factor, our planet won't have seen institutions such as Microsoft and OYO. Experience is immaterial as long as you have - Solid tech expertise and experience building educational and/or financial products. Game development experience a plus. - Strong project management skills and demonstrated leadership abilities, especially with a remote team - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to think out of the box and develop innovative and intuitive products users love Terms of engagement - Full time, part-time, half time.
