Chief Technology Officer - Retail/FMCG/Hospitality (12-18 yrs)
Client : Our client is one of the well-known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of Strategy for Digital technologies and Formulating field IT policy.
- Design, development, roll out and support of Digital technology, critical business applications including ecommerce: Mobile App, Mobile Site & Desktop.
- Negotiate and manage IT agreements with vendors.
- Develop, train and motivate effective and cohesive field systems IT team and effectively manage their performance.
- Monitor and manage effectively Master data team.
- Closely work with vendors and develop key relationships.
- Closely work with key stakeholders and drive projects.
Desirable:
- Strong analytical skills
- Good project management skills
- Exposure CRM (RFM Metrics, Segmentation etc)
- Good understanding SEO, SCM
- Experience in eCommerce domain
