Chief Technology Officer - Payment Solution - IIT (12-17 yrs)

Our client is the leader in the Mobile POS space, headquartered in Mumbai with a significant presence in the Middle East, US and South East Asia.
Responsibilities :
- Be a core member of the product definition team, lead the product architecture, development and execution of products.
- Strategize and create an IT platform than can be extended across geographies
- Introduce new systems and/or introduce changes in existing systems to align with changing business / technology needs
- Propose and develop effective technology solutions such that big and bold business initiatives can be executed smoothly
- Build and develop a world class technology team.
- Full involvement in development work on day to day basis.
- Managing relationship with partner's / customer's technology teams for seamless integration and delivery.
- Create and communicate the technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders.
Desired candidate should have :
- 12+ years of IT experience out of which at least 1 -2 years in managing the IT function of technology driven internet / ecommerce firm
- B. Tech. from an IIT
- Preference for start-up experience especially in the area of payment solution implementations
- Technically sound and knowledgeable about technology developments
- Experience in architecting complex IT solutions and project management
- People management and mentoring skills.
