We are looking for a person who can be Head the Technology team. He will be responsible for Architecting complete solutions which would involve the following:

- Terminals (ATMs and POS)

- Interchange interfaces

- Security Modules

- Customer engagement solution

- Enhancing monitoring solution for ATM / POS / Network

- Project Management and timely delivery of the solutions/projects

- Pro-active management of client relationships.

- Work with Product, Network and Operations

Management teams to resolve day-to-day issues

- Assist the Dept. Heads in developing the best practices, policies, procedures, checkpoints and controls

- Field Level Project Coordination

- Build innovative and cost-effective solutions to help reduce organization overheads.

- Focus on other technology requirements to build a state-of - the-art Payments ecosystem

- Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects.

- Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables.

- Identify and Escalate to management any process / procedural changes required as driven by the clients, markets or business functions.

- Provide support, guidance and training to the department heads.

- Lead and manage team for successful execution of various projects / requirements

- Understanding the designing and architecting of Windows based systems including VMware

- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

- Building and managing DR sites, policies and procedures.

- Networking and networking protocols

- IT security and industry standards

- Compliance and security standards

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 

- ATM/Credit Card Transaction Processing industry experience of 10-15 years is a must.

- Implementation experience of payment product of NPCI like UPI, AEPS etc. is an added advantage

- Familiarity with Mobile based payments

- Successful performance in project management with expertise in transaction switching applications.

- Results based experience demonstrating strategic and analytical thinking.

- Track record of working in a changing environment with the experience of learning, documenting and implementing new processes efficiently.

- Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast paced environment.

- Experience of communicating both oral and written to management, clients and colleagues

- Previous experience of team development and management
