Chief Technology Officer - Omnichannel Business (14-20 yrs)
Looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Engineering to engage closely with the Founders to build the vision, architecture, and technology for our B2B SaaS platform for Retail ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engaging closely with the founders to build the architecture and tech stack
- Responsible for full stack of development, data and analytics
- Providing technical direction & guidance to the development team. Helping them in building the team, setting up the KRAs, policies & processes
- Help develop Technology Architecture that improves key product parameters and is robust for further scale-up
- Design and implement changes to the product to improve the overall UI/UX
- Developing a solid understanding of the customer segment and aligning the team accordingly
The Successful Applicant :
- Largely experienced in internet e-commerce industry, B2B SaaS platforms, start-up setups , Retail
- Hands-on experience in mobile and web apps, AI & ML
