PURPOSE OF ROLE :

- The purpose of the role is to develop and disseminate the technology roadmap to improve the efficiency of various business processes and generate more business by identifying new business opportunities.


- The position is responsible to suggest & implement the best-in-class technology solutions which are scalable in the changing digital world.

Essentials :

Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering/ Computer programming/ software development/ applied mathematics/ cyber security

Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in business technology and digital transformation

- Know-how - Experience with a range of Digital technologies from Software (e.g., AI and machine language, Big Data) to Operational Hardware (e.g., OT, Internet of Things, Mesh networks, industrial robotics, Autonomous vehicles)

- Experience with a range of analytical technologies including SAS, proprietary Machine Learning tools (e.g., Tensor Flow, Splunk) and open-source options (e.g., R, Python and Hadoop), Artificial Intelligence, data automation systems

- Understanding of latest & efficient Business-specific equipment and proven technology - Drones, Autonomous vehicles, Industrial robotics etc.

- Extensive background in analytics, including Machine Learning, Statistics, and Big Data.

- Deep knowledge of various process improvement tools

- Must have experience in CRM and SAP ERP

- Preparation of budget and practicing of negotiating skills for generating funding for technological Advancement.

- Conducting Technical reviews, performing the compliance check regularly, along with brainstorming customer-focused technology
