Job Description - An IT leadership role in a strong and growing NBFC. Opportunity to head end to end IT and work directly with the management.

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a systemically important non-deposit accepting non-banking finance company ("NBFC"). They are one of the most customer centric and trusted financial services providers who offer well diversified financial services.

Description

Reporting to the CEO, your job responsibilities would include:

- Building IT strategy and ensuring its execution across the organisation

- Handling IT applications, infrastructure and security of the firm

- Building and maintaining relationship with stakeholders across departments and ensure smooth IT support to their functions

- Setting up Business continuity and Disaster recovery sites for the firm

- Building and maintaining good relationship with vendors and coordinate and implement projects with different business units

- Assimilate new technology solutions, lead digitisation initiatives and other enterprise level technology roll outs

- Work closely with QA, Professional Services, Developers to drive product development

Profile

- BE/ B.Tech in IT/Systems/MBA in systems/M.S in systems from top tier institutes

- At least 15 years of overall experience with at least 10 years in Financial services

- Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects

- Strong decision making and multitasking skills
