Job Description:

- Provide leadership to technology across India.

- Set strategy, vision and mission aligning business needs with technology.

- Stakeholder management and vendor management.

- Ensure security and compliance.

The Successful Applicant:

- Should not have more than 15 years of overall experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience at a leadership position.

- Should have hands-on application development experience and should have worked on multiple internal apps.

- Experience working on Sales automation and HRIS.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent team management and people management skills.
