Chief Technology Officer with our Manufacturing client based in Thane We have one good opportunity for Chief Technology Officer based in Thane with our Manufacturing client . Position would reports to : CFO Educational Qualification : B.E or B.Tech, having a MBA would be an added advantage. Experience : - 10+ years experience - Exposure to deployment of IT systems/ software development/ERPs in multi product companies - Good relationships with key vendors in IT - Software, Hardware, ERPs etc. Job Responsibilities : - Create/ refresh IT strategy for the company, work with businesses to create annual IT plans - To translate concepts, develop strategy, implement change, create programs responsive to external environment, and participate in cross- functional business. - Manage various ERP /Software implementations/digitization projects in all businesses as per needs arising in this agile business enviroment. - Responsible for overall management of large, highly complex digitization projects including overall project review, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure in network, data, application or platform security - Responsible for improving IT operational excellence and controlling costs. cycle time reduction across the regions - Develop and deploy appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and IT improvements. - Managing the IT spend both on hardware and software - procuring and maintaining products and services sourced from key vendors. Use Group purchasing expertise/volume when appropriate - Assure quality products from the stable to the leadership team with focus on process automation to make the organization deliver speed and quality with proper controls. - Update and advise the organization on the technology front about the future trends. - Select, train, develop, manage and lead employees across locations Competencies /Skills : - Should be able to work with lean teams - Must have implemented/partnered atleast 2-3 digitization projects in his past stints. - Team player and must have ability to work with / influence senior management - Must have in depth understanding of business with the ability to translate strategy into actionable IT products/systems - Process and results focused, seeks practical solutions and has high result orientation.
