Chief Technology Officer - IT Product Firm (14-20 yrs)
Looking for CTO for one of the mid sized product based IT company founded in 2001 based out of Gurgaon.
Position Summary
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a technology leader with solid understanding of architecture, design and software craftsmanship practices (TDD, BDD, Clean code) with practical experience in application of agile development methodologies in an Continuous Delivery environment.
- Expertise in multiple technologies (including Java, .Net, Scala etc.) across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management etc.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and consulting skills
Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical leadership across all areas of the enterprise to ensure delivery of exceptional technical solutions.
- Build strong tech culture where people are motivated to achieve business goals by leveraging technology.
- Meeting potential customers to understand requirements and formulate technical roadmap and technology solutions that will support their business strategies and goals.
- Support sales team in producing compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the TCO and business benefits.
- Implementing the vision of the organization converging creativity, data & technology.
- Contribute to leadership team guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Building technology teams through timely hiring and grooming existing developers
