Chief Technology Officer - IT

- Lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams to build and scale highly reliable, secure, and perform, Build & Test Platform products and frameworks to enable a frictionless development lifecycle for the company and developers with a delightful experience.

- Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on engineering excellence, execution, and craftsmanship as a Customer Champion.

- Develop trusted partnerships with developers, partners, and architecture leaders to drive optimized platform product delivery

Job Requirements:

- 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of senior leadership experience.

- Solid track record of over-achieving engineering and platform delivery and scaling targets in high volume, innovative and fast-paced high-pressure environment; proven results in delivery on platform product.

- Global mindset with the ability to think about culture, language, and other aspects when putting the customer at the center of all outcomes.

- Demonstrated strength at leading all phases of the Testing Lifecycle - from setting the vision to roadmap planning, requirements capture, project definition, execution, and operational excellence.

- Strong promoter of tracking product and engineering excellence metrics and data driven decisions.

- Working experience with Agile methodologies and durable team concepts.

- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Product, Mobile & Backend Technologies, AI, Data Science, Dev-Ops.

- Knowledge in Mobile Development practices

- Knowledge in AI, ML, Computer Vision based systems

- Knowledge in DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge in Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, Jenkins, Testing methodologies is preferred.

- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains.

- Ability to formulate and deliver on solutions to complex problems in a large and diverse technology landscape with multiple teams.

- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills; ability to build and lead a team across geographically distributed locations.

- Can thrive in an environment where success depends on a high degree of cross functional collaboration to solve complex problems.
