The CTO will direct the oversight and coordination of all information technology infrastructure components and governance processes to enable the mission, vision, and strategy Global Capability Center (GCC).

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Monitors customer needs and satisfaction of technical delivery within the service lines and aligns priorities to meet them.

- Coordinates, with the executive team, the prioritization of available resources in order of business priorities.

Experience Required:

- Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technologies, Industrial or Process Engineering, Finance, or other analytical or related discipline. Commensurate experience and/or certifications acceptable.

- Exposure managing global teams.

Educational Requirement:

- At least 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering or Data Center Services

Supervisory Responsibility:

The CTO will have direct oversite into the following roles but will have dotted structure to all team members within the GCC.

1. VP, Managing Director (GEB)

2. Senior Director, Enterprise Architect

3. Technology Innovation Team

Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for budget development, expense control and/or revenue generation for a department.
