Chief Technology Officer - Internet/Online

- Designs the overall technological architecture of the product with the help of the team

- Guides project teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration and automated deployment

- Responsible for the technical design of the product

- Mentors and coaches the technical team, specifically with code reviews

- Mentor and helps the team to develop the required solution and solve all surfacing problems at hand by identifying and removing all technical impediments

- Works with Chief Product Officer to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack

- Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo

- Provides the team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality

- Shares responsibility with Chief Product Officer for building reusable and scalable componentS
