- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be in charge of all company technology and technological resources.

- The CTO will be responsible for the entire technology ownership of the organization which includes Strategy Design, Development, Implementation, and Management.

- Lead the execution of the technical strategy for all technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

- Set company technical vision and leading company's technological development

- Evaluate the latest technology trends and implement them in line with business needs.

- Manage all IT functions, oversee system designs, architecture, and transformation of systems using cutting-edge technologies.

Qualification & Experience:

- Candidate should be Engineering Graduate or M. Tech from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology / NIT (National Institute of Technology) / XIE (Xavier Institute of Engineering) with minimum 15+ years of experience who have worked in startup's preferably from Logitech / Supply Chain Technology based organization with strong Architectural background and strong background in product strategy-MVP, versioning etc, Knowledge of Programming Language & framework to make better technology strategy decisions.

- Strong knowledge of software & solution architecture, design and programming; ability solve engineering problems and a solid framework development of advance platforms.

- Knowledge of Analytical solutions, Reporting Tools, IT infrastructure

- Should have good experience in data analytics, CRM, workflow management, Information security, architecture, and digital strategy, Familiarity with Product Management and ability to support business in developing technology driven products
