Chief Technology Officer - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are looking for a CTO for a prestigious organization. The position is based at Bangalore. The applicant should have a great pedigree.

The incumbent will provide technology & product leadership to the organization. The applicant should have:

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Should analyse the market landscape, customers need and come up with leading product ideas

- Works with other departments to use new technologies to streamline company policies and rules

- Conducts research to improve the technological assets of a company

- Consolidate technology products and create plans

- Should have excellent knowledge and experience in product management, product engineering

- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plan to implement them for the company and its eco-system

- Take initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Spearhead product development projects to increase company's market reach and improve USP

- Should have sound understanding of analytics and applications of analytics in business

- Should have worked in ecommerce environment

- Knowledge and understanding of technology platforms like .net stack, android, iOS preferred
