Chief Technology Officer - Healthcare (15-25 yrs)
This opportunity is with an integrated, end to end virtual health, SaaS product company. The company is promoted by big MNC. An independent business currently live at multiple health system in US.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the entire IT environment of the organization including business development and client and vendor relationship management in a technology environment.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors.
- Optimizing and managing the technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectively
- Identifying needs and ensuring ideal software solutions are developed in a timely manner to help increase operational efficiency and also leading edge products
- Develop and maintain overall framework of IT policies, standards and strategies that will empower business and people to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets
- Ensure efficiency in process / operations across the Organization.
- End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
- Developing long term plans to sustain and support the business, anticipating the future trends
- Lead strategic insight and overview of business case justifications and ROI analysis for IT spending and initiatives
- Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.
- Define, architect, and execute the organizational and infrastructure plan required to fulfill the company's business and technology strategies.
