Chief Technology Officer/Head of Technology About Us : - We are a nascent level start-up envisioning to create fun solutions for the growing loneliness problem in India. - Our MVP Platform is under development and a soft launch is expected post-Diwali, in November 2020. The Platform, currently being built by a tech firm, uses HTML for the Front-end and Ruby On Rails for the Back-end. About the Role : We are looking for a candidate who comes with an entrepreneurial mindset, is keen to build on an idea from early stages and can lead the entire tech development piece of the start-up. We seek : - Experience of minimum 8+ years in related fields. - Experience in developing and deploying software for start-ups. - Experience in successfully scaling technology infrastructure to support rapid growth in customer, data and business verticals. - Experience in senior level / management positions. - Decision-maker, DIY attitude, business mindset with technical skills. - Bonus points if you are a keen traveler and/or an outdoorsy person in your personal life. Desired Skills : - BS / MS degree in engineering / technology. - Hands-on experience with Ruby On Rails and HTML. - Experience in full stack development preferred. Other Pointers : - This is an Equity-Only Role for a period of ~2 months. - Some salary can be expected from January 2021, in case of a successful fund raise. - Market salary can be expected from April 2021, in case of a successful fund raise. - This is a full-time role, starting post 5th November 2020.
