Purpose

To build and grow the tech function, and make it a source of significant differentiation for the brand

- Number of industry-first features launched

- AI enabled Product Differentiators

- Tech Integrations onto Sales Channels

- Customer Engagement Solutions

Experience

- Prior experience leading the technology function preferably in consumer tech and start ups

- Hands on experience on Django framework, ReactJS, AWS and DevOps

- Graduation/PG in computer science or related field

- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development

- Hands on experience with complex project management

- Strong People Management Experience

- Strong experience in applications of latest Tech trends

Key Responsibilities

- Build a cohesive, high performance tech team

- Take ownership of and build the front-end and back-end tech of own websites and apps

- Creating opportunities for product customization using AI

- Drive the execution of cutting-edge technology around interesting innovations such as live selling, personalization, AR etc

- Integrating Technology to arrive at product shades and regimes

- Integrating Technology onto different Sales channels like EBOs, MBOs, SIS etc and onto internal functions like Supply Chain, Finance, etc.

- Creating opportunities to implement AI enabled discount modes, virtual try-on and other engagement tools

- Develop user-friendly, revenue generating mobiles apps and other tech enabled platforms

- Drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders for implementing the technology agenda.
