Its customers include existing MSMEs in urban or peri-urban penetration but with a loan requirement that can neither be met by large traditional commercial bank or small microfinance institutions. About the Role : The startup is looking for a CTO and manage all aspects of its technology initiative. He/She will have the opportunity to work on developing the architect, a full stack web and mobile platform. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Build and lead the fully digital tech platform and mobility solution (native apps) that is the foundation of all of company's products and services 2. A dreamer, tech architect and a hands-on developer all rolled into one, eager to build an organisation and create a scalable tech ecosystem for large scale impact 3. Excited about data and can lead analytics - processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis to enhance customers' experience and efficiency of operations 4. Build and lead a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver to the changing needs and landscape and build tech solution for introducing new product offerings to customers Knowledge &amp; Experience : 1. Qualified engineers from IITs/ NITs/ BITs or top 10 US-Engg schools with 3-10 years of work experience in mobile/ web development, preferably in financial institutions, preferably in a financial institution/fintech company 2. Experience having led end to end development of at least one web/ mobile based product that has been released and used by consumers/ corporates 3. Experience in Python &amp; Django framework, MySQL, HTML,CSS, JS. Working knowledge of building an LMS would be a huge plus 3. Proven achievements in strategic planning at the enterprise level aligning technology with business objectives resulting in efficient, high performing teams, producing predictable results. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms at all levels of staff. 6. Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution 7. A team player, optimist with decent amount of risk appetite 8. Willingness to take up the challenges and be a part of a very exciting and successful start-up core team
