- Our client is a Fintech startup which has developed an Intelligent Platform for Banks based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (first of its kind), which will revolutionalise how brands communicate with their existing and targeted/relevant new customers, via the banks.

- Our client in partnerships with banks run's the brands Marketing Programs. The partnership gives our client exclusive access to banking customers non-sensitive/non-confidential transaction data so as to create unique marketing programs co-developed with leading brands across the country/internationally. This data shared with the company is proprietary and invaluable, which gives leading brands in the country an opportunity to communicate with and extend exclusive offers to their defined, targeted and relevant customers.

- The company is run by successful serial entrepreneurs and people who have lead large companies in the Financial Services sector, who have qualification from leading global institutes like Harvard Business School, IIT, IIM-A

Job description :

- Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.

- Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale. Develop comprehensive understanding of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed for both products development and sales activity.

- Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams. Work closely with engineers to identify opportunities for, design, and assess improvements to our products.

- Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.

- Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimisation methods to improve the quality of our products; example application areas include ads quality, end-user behavioural modeling, and live experiments.

- Expertise in delivery of products in the cloud as well as on-premises will be required for the job. Ability to design and architect products that could balances these requirement will be an important skill for the job. Knowledge of public clouds like AWS/Google/Azure is a must.

- Ability to work with business teams to prioritise work based on business requirements but judiciously balance it with product roadmap and features.

- Demonstrated expertise in delivering in fast iterative and agile methods. Conversant in modern software engineering practices for devops by leveraging modern container based technologies and CI/CD pipelines.

- In depth understanding of data security and protection of Personalised data in Banking and other regulatory environments is desirable. Experience in building products for local as well as international banking and financial markets will be advantageous.

- Motivate and maintain an extremely young and energy team. Ability to mentor and guide the tea

Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, bank partnerships and external relationships

- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs - expertise in Big Data & Distributed Systems

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology landscape

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

Requirements:-

Experienced (12+ years), entrepreneurial and hands on technology leader who has built teams from scratch. Recruiting and building a team will be a high priority in the initial stages

- Has successfully built and delivered scaled up & distributed big-data or adtech platforms. Expertise in building machine learning algorithms for personalisation/targeting along with a very high performance serving/delivery infrastructure is required.

- Experience in building intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences and interfaces for Enterprise software will be required.

- Knowledge of mobile app development both android and iOS is a must.

- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
