Job Description - Reporting to the CEO of the organization the role would be responsible for managing end to end technology operations for the organization.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established organization in the Financial Services Technology space. They are looking to hiring a CTO to drive the organization to the next level, given their exponential growth target.

Description

- We are looking for a hands-on senior technology leader to join and build the technology team from scratch


- Build a multi-hierarchy team of 30-50 engineers capable of delivering the world-class product


- Own end to end product development and predictably deliver high-quality, scalable software


- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech/ MS in Computer Science from Tier 1 technology institutes


- 8+ years of technology experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in leading mid to large technology teams


- Startup experience is a must


- Hands-on technology leaders with experience in architecture and building of scalable systems


- Would require significant experience in technology & AI/ML


- Hands on experience with cloud-based platforms and its services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)


- Strong background in deploying DevOps based release processes and automated systems
