Chief Technology Officer - FinTech

Role and Responsibilities

As the Chief Technology Officer you will be

- Leading a team in development, implementation and supporting applications and platforms used across the organisation

- Be apart of the leadership strategy team

- Lead system change and also responsible for testings and implementation of new applications/ platforms

- Design and implement risk and control framework for the technology function in the organisation

Essential Criteria

- To be eligible for the role you will need to have

- A Bachelor Degree in any field preferably in IT, from a recognized university /Institute

- 20 to 25 years of total experience with at-least 15 years of relevant experience

- An experience in application Development, implementation and support largely for financial service/ Bank / FIN Tech/ Financial eCommerce

- Experience in leading large teams in global locations
