Job Description :
- Set, drive and execute the IT strategy of the organization
- Conceptualize and architect technology products and solutions to drive the business of the organization
- Ensure scalability, usability and omni-channel presence of applications
- Mentor and lead highly skilled technology professionals and work towards bridging gaps, if any
- Build high performance technology capability to achieve current and futuristic IT strategy and business objectives
- Foster and ensure a collaborative and excellence driven culture in the team
The Successful Applicant :
- BE/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science or related discipline from top tier institutes
- At least 15 years of overall work experience, preferably Fin-Tech background
- At least 10 years of techno-managerial experience
- Extensive experience building scalable products and web applications
- Experience building products on cloud and scaling it is a must
- Exposure to ML, AI, big data and analytics is a must
- Diverse tech stack experience is preferred
- Self- driven individual with eye for detail
