 Description - The role is that of the CTO, to lead and grow the entire product engineering setup in India. Looking for seasoned technology professionals with significant experience in the Fintech startups and who have built teams and products from scratch. Tech: Microservices, Java, Angular, Mobile technologies, etc.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading global fintech organization with primary operations in Africa, their business spread across 15+ countries. With the aim of financial inclusion of the large market of Africa, they offer financial services solutions to their millions of customers. They are setting up their entire technology arm in India, in Delhi NCR and looking to recruit a CTO for the same.

Job Description:

- Set the technology strategy and product roadmap for the organization

- Manage technology for a multi country setup which is growing at a rapid pace

- Work closely with various business stakeholders to deliver technology enabled business growth

- Will manage a team of SME's handling different areas

- Build a team in India across levels

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- 12+ years of experience with exposure of working within a Fintech setup in a leadership position

- In depth understanding of technology and the tech stack: AWS, Microservices, Java, Angular, iOS, android etc. and devops tools such as Jenkins is a must

- Experience solving business issues with technology is a must have requirement

- Prior experience in building teams from scratch

- Ability to manage vendors would also be beneficial
