Designation:- Chief Technology Officer for a Fin tech Startup

Location:- Bangalore

Brief about the role:

- Collaborating closely with business and product teams to deliver a great product and consumer experience

- Responsible for the end-to-end technology architecture and platform

- Technology thought leadership, developing product road map and go-to-market strategy. Technology selection, technology architecture and building huge scalable systems.

- Evaluating and identifying appropriate technology frameworks and deployment stack for delivering the products

- Strategy, planning and prioritization of development and deployment in line with the product and business strategy

- Engaging internal/external resources as necessary to deliver the pilot versions

- Building, leading and retaining a high calibre team

- Building data and insights unit at the appropriate time in the journey.

- Responsible for confidentiality, integrity and security of the data and systems

- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders

- Fostering innovation and creativity, Strategy & planning, Project mgmt, Implementation & deployment, for B2C E-commerce platform.
