In current role, has to lead change to transform the products &amp; services from dot net framework to Node js or Java for developing highly scalable, reliable, agile and secure platform - Prior experience in leading technology teams and deliver upon financial products on a tight schedule - Devising the platform strategy while working with stakeholders from board, investors, and clients - Experience in navigating teams, change their vision and steer them towards the new organizational vision - Experience in change management - Right-size the team and hire experience in hiring new team members in line with new organization - Lead, scale and manage the technical organization to align with business objectives - Identify and implement new technologies that position the Company with a competitive advantage - Ensure effective security &amp; risk management &amp; mitigation, and readiness against vulnerabilities - Conduct technological analyses and research, monitor KPIs and use these insights to inform technology performance - Supervising a workforce of more than 120 across locations (Trivandrum, Noida &amp; Dubai) and vendor teams including multi-geography teams - Build, develop and lead high-performing, empowered teams that deliver with velocity and quality - Lead best practices among the team in development, code versioning, testing and deployment - Proven competency in suggesting appropriate as well as technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency of the organization and achieving business excellence - Proficient in building strong, lasting relationships, at all levels; excellent communicator with aptitude for collaborating with internal &amp; vendor executives, directors, and key stakeholders to identify business needs and to develop winning solutions - Scheduling and coordinating projects to meet deadlines &amp; expectations - Define governance structure, service standards and guidelines as per best practices that serve as benchmarks for excellent service - Bring your leadership skills &amp; technical expertise. - Self-starter and person with entrepreneurial mindset - Degree from a premier institution, such as IIT, NIT, IIM BITS, etc. - 15+ years experience overseeing tech at a product-based startup - Hands-on knowledge of payments framework, Java, Node JS, Python, UIUX, digital experience, etc. - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills - Strong Engineering discipline: knowing the limitations - Project management: getting things done - Full stack experience: Important for earning the respect of team members
