Job Description - The IT Leader will have the ownership of executing the IT strategy for the entire group and ensure its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.

Description

- Sets the mission and vision of the IT organization to foster business-oriented culture and mindset.


- Enhances the capabilities of IT by leveraging a multitude of resources, both internally and externally.


- Lead the entire internal software and application development.


- Manage the entire infrastructure of the organization.


- Maintains currency on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies to be assimilated.

Profile

- Should have under 15 years of overall work experience.


- Preferably from the financial services background.


- Hands-On infrastructure management is a must


- Hands on application development experience.


- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that aligns to the business strategy.
