Job Description:

- Sets the mission and vision of the IT organisation to foster business-oriented culture and mindset.

- Enhances the capabilities of IT by leveraging a multitude of resources, both internally and externally.

- Lead the entire internal software and application development.

- Maintains currency on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies to be assimilated.

The Successful Applicant:

- Should have under 15 years of overall work experience.

- Preferably from financial services background.

- Hands on application development experience.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that aligns to the business strategy.
