Chief Technology Officer - Event Technology

We are looking for a Computer Science (graduate from one of the premier institutes (IIT / BITS / IIIT) of the country. Someone who loves building a product and collaborating with teams for innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10-18 years experience in Event Tech Industry

- You would manage the complete technology and be responsible for the product development, coding, back-end engineering and DevOps.

Mastery in at-least 2 - Back-end (Knowledge graph models, neo4J, Machine learning, Semantic Technologies), Front-end web, Native Mobile Application (Android, iOS).

- Owning technology at the company - technical architecture, design, performance, security and scalability

- Experience in native Android/iOS app development

Key responsibilities :

- Liaison with the various engineering teams and ensure business success.

- Identify technology trends which are necessary for success of the business.

- Maintains up to date knowledge of technology standards and emerging technologies.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the best value.

- Also ensure that the best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Develop and encourage the disparate teams to think differently and find innovative solutions.

- Design, develop and deploy new products, product features, back end systems, and ensure delivery as per release plan.

- Build back end tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc., and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and development features.

- Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner.
