Chief Technology Officer (CTO) We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound Technology leadership in all aspects of our business. As part of the leadership team, you will set the vision for how technology and data will be used in the company Our approach is that of a martech like data-driven consumer business. Hence, a strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, ML and decision science, CDP/DMP, Data Warehousing would be essential apart from competency to build consumer platforms. You need to be able to guide and manage large teams and be responsible for frontend/backend development, Demand Supply Applications, Mobile Applications, Platforms and payments. Ideally, we want you to be conversant with Web 3.0 concepts, content lead business models, monetisation, deep consumer insights, data platform, UI/UX, data-driven marketing, and all the good stuff that makes an awesome founding team member. Requirements : - Engineering from a premier engineering college [IIT / NIT]. An MBA from an IIM/ISB/MDI is a plus - Strong experience building consumer internet products. - Experience of building platform businesses would be a great advantage. - Conversant with Web 3.0 concepts, content lead business models, monetisation, deep consumer insights, UI/UX, data-driven marketing, Data Platforms - Proven experience in full-stack development - Experience of working in a startup and high growth environment - Hands-on with Vue.js, AWS, and AWS Lambda implementation, Serverless Architecture, Microservices Architecture, MongoDB, MySQL, PHP (Laravel) - Knowledge of scaling high traffic apps using Heroku/EBS etc. - DevOps knowledge - Working knowledge of Data Warehousing and CDP platforms
