You could operate from anywhere ( WFH ) for now. Position : Chief Technology Officer ( Enterprise SaaS Product Development ) Location : Delhi/ Any Location ( Work From Home for now ) Education : BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ Equivalent Experience : 15+ years of experience in a software product company with exposure to Enterprise SaaS product developemt Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Chosen candidate will be esponsible for overall technology landscape of the company. - He/she would be working with product teams to understand product roadmap and ensuring they get delivered with an architecture that is scalable and robust. - He/she will manage a development team of 50+ people that consists of tech leads, developers and project managers. - Candidate will oversee the scheduling and management of this team including getting the right resources and ensuring that the team is highly motivated. - Adopt best industry practices that SaaS products use to ensure products can be benchmarked against some of the best Enterprise SaaS products. - Person will report to the founder CEO. The candidate will be part of the strategic think tank and leadership team. 2. Person should be with proven track record of developing, deploying and managing enterprise-level SaaS products. - Minimum 15 years experience in tech space with familiarity with the best in class technologies - Proven track record managing a team of highly skilled technical team of at least 50 people ( direct and indirect reportees ). - People from software services backgrounds will not be the right fit. - Product development background is mandatory.
