Role: CTO/ Head of Engineering

We are looking for a young, dynamic, relevant-experienced Chief Technology Officer. The CTO is a key part of the management team and is responsible for the development teams that turn their innovative experience designs into enterprise class application. A passionate techie who ensures the technology strategy is aligned with business needs, loves to innovate and is willing to join our crusade. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.

The ideal candidate is a mature and energetic person who is at a point in life where s/he wants to try out something new and can necessarily invest their heart into it. Skills :

- There are no strict requirements for this job other than having a strong technical background and the entrepreneurial drive to build a huge company from the ground up.

- You are confident and adaptable technology leader who has served in a variety of delivery and advisory roles. An inspiring day-to-day leader with a track record of improving the motivation and efficiency of technical teams.

- Strong architecture skills with a particular focus on the design of real-time distributed systems and consumer products.

- Evangelist and early adopter for modern software methods, including open-source, agile methodologies, and dev-ops.

Key Deliverables:

- Scale products from zero to millions users

- Build on the vision for the organization by technology being an enabler

- Hire, mentor, motivate engineers and own the engineering charter

- Take accountability for product quality put in place best practices to deliver high quality software, proactively identify and fix any software bugs

- Develop the in-house capabilities and processes to manage Development, Operations, and product releases.

- Drive agile based development while working on features or platforms. Be the primary owner of test, launch and iterate methodology

- Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create

- Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with cutting edge technologies
