Chief Technology Officer - EduTech - IIT/NIT/BITS (10-16 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead all technology initiatives of the company, manage the entire Edu-tech platform including strategic planning, development, and implementation.
- You will be working closely with our CEO and other teams to develop, implement, and manage the platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
- Understand complex business requirements very quickly and architect solutions while paying attention to detail.
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.
- Responsible for timely, within budget, and successful delivery of the technology solutions for the organization.
- Develop the vision and road-map for the organization's technology, research & data strategy
- Lead the architecture and execution of highly scaleable and feasible technologies
- Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values.
- Build a highly skilled team and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Direct the company's strategic direction, business and future growth
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier institute
- 9 15 years of experience with prior extensive experience in hands-on product development
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering, data science and research divisions
