Chief Technology Officer - EduTech

Role: Chief Technology Officer

Will be responsible for:

1. Outlining the company's technological vision,

2. Implementing technology strategies, and

3. Ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs

4. Lead the strategy for partnerships and external relationships

5. Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

6. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

7. Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

8. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets. Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

9. Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

10. Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

11. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

12. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

13. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

14. Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancement
