Job Description - The Chief Technology Officer will report to the CEO and manage a team of 100+ people across Software Development, Research & Development, Product and Data Science.

Description
Reporting to the CEO, the responsibilities are the following and not limited to:
- Develop the vision and road-map for the organisation's technology, research & data strategy
- Lead the architecture and execution of highly scaleable and feasible technologies
- Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values.
- Build a highly skilled team and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Direct the company's strategic direction, business and future growth
Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier engineering institute
- 12+ years of experience with prior extensive experience in hands-on product development
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering, data science and research divisions
- Highly skilled in distributed systems and open source technologies with solution oriented approach
- Exposure to multiple technologies in B2B and B2C segments
- Candidates who have previously held senior leadership positions in VC backed companies is a plus
- Strong design skills and sharp eye for details
