The Chief Technology Officer will report to the CEO and manage a team of 100+ people across Sofware Development, Research & Development, Product and Data Science.

With an ever-growing business, they are looking to hire a CTO who can provide the vision to the company by efficient focus on research, software development and data science.

Description

Reporting to the CEO, the responsibilities are the following and not limited to:

- Develop the vision and roadmap for the organisation's technology, research & data strategy

- Lead the architecture and execution of highly scalable and feasible technologies

- Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values.

- Build a highly skilled team and thrive in a dynamic environment

- Direct the company's strategic direction, business and future growth

Profile

- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier engineering institute

- 12+ years of experience with prior extensive experience in hands-on product development

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering, data science, and research divisions

- Highly skilled in distributed systems and open source technologies with a solution-oriented approach

- Exposure to multiple technologies in B2B and B2C segments

- Candidates who have previously held senior leadership positions in VC backed companies is a plus

- Strong design skills and the sharp eye for details
