Chief Technology Officer - eCommerce Startup (10-17 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
As a Chief Technology Officer, your role will comprise of the following :
1. Exemplary Leadership:
a. Define strategy and roadmap for product development to translate business needs to technology solutions.
b. Lead the Tech team while supervising the development and maintenance of large software solutions and IT infrastructure.
c. Own the development sprint cycles to ensure time-bound delivery and manage the lifecycle.
d. Structure and define performance metrics, feedback loops, bug resolution cycles and growth hacks.
e. Stay updated with the latest tech stacks, all best practices, industry standards, competitor analysis and existing open-source tools to be incorporated in product enhancement.
f. Build an 'A team' of Engineers & Developers with a high-performance culture.
g. Keep envisioning, creating and ideating the product journey by using cutting-edge tech to build a robust and scalable platform in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
2. Closely & constantly engage with the FOUNDER and leadership team to understand the vision & ensure the strategic evolution of back-end architecture, code-base, and product design to realize the same. You will be closely engaged in developing technology business plans and budgets that support the short-term budget & long-term growth and business objectives of the company.
Required Skill :
- Demonstrated experience in Java development, cloud platform, mobile and web applications.
- Experience in Web 2.0 is highly desirable.
