Job Description : Chief Technology Officer

Location : Noida.

Reporting to : CEO.

Job Profile :

- The CTO (Chief Technology Officer) will be managing entire gamut of highly capable development and operations' Engineers. He/She will be expected to bring technology innovation, new and existing product development, delivering high quality results, innovative and competitive product designing in collaborations with other functions like Product Management, Account Management and R&D.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Engineering & technology proficiency of products

- Responsible for timely, cost effective and successful delivery of the technology solutions for the organization.

- Manage effective functioning and ongoing support and other activities related to technology

- Responsible for new product initiatives, enhancements, integrations and enabling better customer service

- Willing to represent the organisation in global forums.

- Managing the entire front end and back end operations of the products, with respective teams aligned to the CTO

- Cultivate a culture of ownership, high quality deliverables and innovation.

Desired Skillsets :

- Engineering graduate from premiere institutes

- Minimum 15 years of industry experience, OR, currently a CTO with a successful ecommerce startup

- Previous experience of .net technologies, framework, with experience on Big Data

- Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities, with high level of responsibility and accountability
