We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.  Responsibilities:  1. Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.  2. Architect, design, develop & implement frameworks and application software components using Cloud and Enterprise /Open Source technologies.  3. Be accountable for the overall technical excellence & quality of the platform.  4. A track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.  5. Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.  6. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.  7. Build quality assurance and data protection processes.  8. Use stakeholders- feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.  9. Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP.  10. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.  11. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.  12. Should be proactive and enhance the software architecture by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement, optimization/refactoring.  13. Constantly explore new and emerging technologies and techniques, and research ongoing industry. developments/trends in the space and make appropriate recommendations to the management for enhancements.
