Eligibility Requirements

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar Leadership role

- Experience in a software development leadership role in an ecommerce environment

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Experience of working with CRM systems that integrate payment gateways, micro services, design architecture, shopping carts, merchant accounts, affiliate tracking systems, email campaigns, auto responders and 3rd party commission payment software

- Knowledge & Skills of PHP, Java, LAMP, Apache, Linux, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL and API development

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

- Developing the company's strategy for using technical resources.

- Working with leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long term and immediate needs.

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitable and securely.

- Implementing new systems and infrastructures, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions.

- Building quality assurance and data protection processes.

- Facilitating the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.

- Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

- Using stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

- Communicating technology strategy to partners and investors.

- Creating strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluating, developing and deploying of all technical, web and mobile services
