Chief Technology Officer - Digital Product Delivery Firm

We are looking for a young, dynamic, relevant-experienced Chief Technology Officer for a client who is focused on designing and delivering high quality software and applications. The CTO is a key part of the management team and is responsible for the development teams that turn their innovative experience designs into enterprise class applications.

The client is a boutique digital product delivery company. Their team of designers, strategists and engineers love to create great experiences. The company designs and develops delightful and functional digital products that solve tough problems and enable new opportunities for enterprises in complex industries, such as banking & finance, healthcare and compliance.

- The CTO candidate will oversee the fintech product offerings, hence domain expertise in banking and wealth management is a must. 

- The candidate must be technically astute, fairly hands on and an inspirational icon for engineering teams.

- Must have a high EQ, allowing him/her to build strong relationships with prospects, customers, cross functional team leaders, and the team.

- SaaS/Cloud experience is a must, as is astute knowledge of modern technology and technology trends.

- The candidate must also be very well verse with engineering processes, tools, and methodologies, not just theoretically, but practically, from having run engineering teams earlier.

- The candidate must be well spoken, articulate, fabulous public speaker, and a thought leader as he/she could be the brand ambassador for the company.
