Chief Technology Officer - Digital Platform

Client: Our client a fast growing Digital Platform company based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers

- Conceptualize and deliver distributed and scalable consumer facing platform

- Translate an integrated vision of the overall platform landscape and communicate expectations with stakeholders

- Develop and lead the company's strategic technical direction

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for meeting the organization technology needs

- Develop the vision and road map of organization's technology strategy

- Nurturing tech talent and building strength to improve the design, development, and deployment of new platforms for customers

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

Desired profile:

- 15+ years of relevant industry experience ideally in fast moving B2C environment

- Proven experience in scaling up ecommerce product landscape in small or mid-sized organizations

- Should have demonstrated history of designing and delivering complex products in the Internet industry

- Exposure to complete product development cycles - from inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architectures

- UI/UX expertise and demonstrated leadership in this area in previous work experience

- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
