Job Description:

As a chief technology officer at our urban mobility technology startup, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our innovative solutions. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to create and optimize our technology platform, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the way people navigate and interact with urban environments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain our urban mobility technology platform, including mobile applications, web interfaces, and backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new features and enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the urban mobility industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within our solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to gather insights and implement data-driven optimizations.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology platform.

- Work closely with external partners, including mobility service providers, city officials, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and alignment with local regulations and policies.

- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product roadmaps and feature requirements based on user feedback and market demands.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our urban mobility solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in software development, preferably in the urban mobility or transportation industry.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with modern development frameworks.

- Experience with mobile application development (iOS and Android) and knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies, version control, and testing frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with microservices architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
