Our client is a well established service provider for some of the biggest Platform players in the country
They are launching 2 new firms- Insurance Tech and Direct to Consumer and have given us the mandate to identify a CTO + Co-Founder
Role :
- Design & Create a technology framework for the organisation
- Create and Lead a team
- Technology+Software Architect for new business
- Create a culture of hands on design and development in the technology team
- Create a culture of learning and innovation
- Create Scalable technology solutions
- Understand business imperatives
Person Qualification :
- At least 10 years including 3 years in leading a technology team
- Demonstrated Experience and Expertise in B2C/ Consumer Internet Technology
- A self starter
- Passionate about technology- we need someone who keeps himself/herself updated on all aspects of technology and the person needs to be hands on - Still enjoys coding and architect solutions
